Pros: The glasses received in the past were lovely

Cons: I went with my niece to get her a pair of glasses (brand new with specific lenses) and they were very helpful, yet I always saw someone just sitting at the desk doing nothing. But I’ve now been waiting for 2 weeks for some frames and still haven’t received them. I also just called 3 times to talk to someone and just see when they are ready but no one answered the phone. I then called once more and someone hung up on me. I just believe it’s outrageous to be waiting 2 weeks for frames when my niece needed brand new glasses with specific lenses and they come quickly but what I’m waiting for now is simple frames. I also believe it’s unacceptable to now not answer the phone for my bf’s mum and she has to go to get the frames. She’s an elderly woman who has troubles of her own and can’t walk far, yet if she comes down tomorrow and you haven’t got them I will be livid. I will never be recommending this place because of the service I’ve had this time
