Cons: Disgusting customer service been travelling back and forth from work with station cars for some time now however everyday Im priced differently spoken to terribly and left waiting for up to 40 minutes this is disgusting especially as I’m at a customer who uses this service everyday the controllers are rude ignorant and have no customer service skills as a result of this I have made a formal complaint with london TFL and look forward to meeting with you soon
