Cons: 1) misleads delivery date, so you buy it thinking you’ll get it asap and then does not deliver on date.
2) Does not contact you to tell you its not going to be delivered on the day. So you have to chase them, and this literally means going back to the shop As…
3) She does not reply to txt msgs or answer landline/mobile.
4) keeps postponing delivery dates and gives excuses about family problems so you can’t really say much, other excuses include stock delivery being late or that it arrived but its damged.
5) Even when you ask for a refund of deposit paid, they say come back later or can you take bank transfer. so more running around.
Do you want a headache or just the furniture? Go else where i say!

Cons: Worst service received to date!!!! Took her a month to give us our furniture even then we didn’t get the bed we ordered! One lie after another about issues with suppliers! Doesnt pick up calls or communicate the truth. Avoid this place at all costs, she only responded to us sooner because we told her we wouldn’t pay the outstanding amount till she gave us our bed. We then had to cancel that order, luckily we didn’t pay the full amount or the bed amount so she had no choice but to cancel the bed at no cost to us and because we owed her £100 for the wardrobes she dealt with us quicker. The problem with her is that she doesn’t even trust her self let alone her customers! shes a compulsive liar who doesn’t know how to remain honest and manage customer expectations without being so rude!!! PLEASE DONT USE HER SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUFFER LIKE WE DID FOR A WHOLE MONTH!!! We then found out some of our family friends also had the same issues with her!!!!

Cons: Everyone be aware. What the sales assistant does is that she switches the landline fone off either silent. She got caught when I went to the shop and complained and in front of her I called the shop and the telephone wasn’t ringing from there side. Previous day I was calling for three hours and now she got caught. She is sitting there all alone no customers.

Cons: Delivery due Friday. Chased but got told I’d get it Saturday. Saturday came. Delivered. … delivered wrong item!! Told to expect correct item Wednesday. Wednesday after 45 call they answered. They don’t have it yet in their shop…. when can I expect delivery? Take a guess

Cons: AVOID! Initially sent me the incorrect matress. And then lord about delivery dates twice!. Never answer their phone. The lady working there is a blatant liar/ fraudster. Completely hanky panky company. Avoid at all costs.

Order a sofa bed paid for in full, no delivery went back to ask questions, just lies after lies, an adult lie to someone face just like that, big shame, make the story short, ask for money back, cash as I paid cash, told me to came back a few days after, went there shop close, another lie, fed up of going there I ask money transfer, she said will take 7/10 working days!!! Cons: Lady is a liar staff are useless bought 2 chairs 3rd March delivered and put together incorrectly so fell apart took them back wouldn’t refund wouldn’t answer her phone landline or mobile hopefully this business will become non existent she has no values a disgusting human being taking advantage of people still have two chairs not fit for anything and will be returning them when she least expects it may take out civil action as it would be worth it couldn’t care less about refund I believe what goes around comes around and
