Cons: I had a new woman do my eyebrows 4 months ago and it was not good atall. Terrible and they still made me pay The last time I went there a month ago, I had a new woman do my eyebrows and i got spots on my forehead because her hands smelt unclean and i was too scared to tell her incase I offended her. But i should have because i wouldn’t have broken out in spots otherwise. They should always clean their hands!

Cons: The staff are very rude and have no manners I been they today after a year because customers service not good at all I live in poplar but I always go Whitechapel to do my eyebrows and upper lip I would rather pay £3 for bus fare and get good customer service, my family and friends stoped going there there was hair left on my upper lip and eyebrows she gave me dirts when I told her there’s hair left never going back there again

Cons: I paid £55 for curls hair but instead I got frizzy hair.
I’m very upset customer. The hair dresser convinced me it was curly and will settle down within few days.

Cons: Definitely needs a bit of professionalism and sharper customer service. Facials need to be more professional, relaxing and attentive. Very wishy washy, didn’t seem like there was much knowledge, not relaxing at all.

The lady (Simran) who treated me was awesome. She performed so well that i am extremely happy. well qualified & experienced. normally i am not into writing review like this, but because of her brilliant performance i thought to write, so it may help to other users to visit this place for their needs to be done, specially from her.
Cons: place is bit tight, other indian lady struggled to understand.

Cons: the man who was doing my nails was really rough and even though he saw i was a bit of pain he carried on like it was nothing, there was quite a lot of people waiting but only 1 member doing nails which is disappointing and annoying for the people waiting behind me.
